LA Splash Cosmetics is a division of Jon Davler, Inc. Jon Davler, Inc. was established in February 2001 in Los Angeles California. With over 20 years of experience in the cosmetics industry, they have emerged to be a vertical color cosmetic manufacturer. In 2003, Jon Davler, Inc. re-introduced L.A. Splash Cosmetics as a complete new color cosmetics line for the tweens and teen market up to young adults in their 20's by revamping the products image with attractive trendy packaging and a multitude of colors mimicking ocean themes, such as coral reefs.
